Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By signing in to IVY Operations you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. Access is provided to authorized MIG Benefits personnel only.

2. Authorized use

• Use the application solely for legitimate MIG Benefits business purposes.
• Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, security, or audit mechanisms.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that violates law or policy.

3. Data responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter. Sensitive client data must be handled in accordance with MIG Benefits' internal data-handling and privacy policies and any applicable regulatory requirements (including PIPEDA and provincial equivalents).

4. Availability

The application is provided on an "as available" basis. MIG Benefits and its providers may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

5. Intellectual property

The application, its design, and its content (excluding business data you enter) are the property of MIG Benefits and its licensors. No license is granted except as required to use the application for its intended purpose.

6. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for violation of these Terms, for business reasons, or upon the end of your engagement with MIG Benefits.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application is provided without warranties of any kind. MIG Benefits is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
